Delivery & Refund Policy

Damages 

All our products are hand packaged and shipped as soon as an order is ready for delivery to ensure your beverages are as fresh as possible. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and if your parcel was damaged during shipment please get in touch with your order details and we will evaluate the issue and resolve it correctly. 

Returns

As our beverages are perishable, unfortunately we do not accept returns or issue refunds once orders have been fulfilled and delivered to the customer. 

Refunds

We will aim to process the refund as quickly as possible. Please expect a minimum of 10 days before monies are sent back to your account. 

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order or subscription and receive a refund if the items have not yet been sent out for delivery. Please email info@bgutsy.co.uk to place this request. Once the email has been received and confirmation has been made, please expect a minimum of 10 days before monies are sent back to your account. 

Our products are 'live,' and ensuring that they are kept at refrigeration temperature (at or below 4° C) is of upmost importance. It is the customers responsibility once orders have been received as per instructions for the beverages to be refrigerated and kept chilled.
